- Solve your complex insurance claims and billing issue. Included Health will work directly with your insurance provider, doctor’s office, or medical facility to ensure your claim was processed accurately.

When you enroll in the Connected Care Program, you get dedicated nurse, primary clinician and a care coordinator that handle it all for you, so you can meet your health goals and save money along the way.

Expert Medical Opinion

Get a second opinion from a leading expert to explore treatment options, alternatives to surgery, new medications, and more. Once you start your second opinion, Included Health handles the rest.
How it works:
Your care team collects all your records, tests and doctor’s notes. You will then be paired with a leading expert for your condition to review your case without any appointments, exams, or costs for you. From there, your expert doctor takes a look and provides a second opinion that your care team discusses with you and your primary doctor. It’s that easy.
When to get a second opinion:
- You have an existing treatment plan that you want an expert to review
- You’ve been recently diagnosed with a healthcare concern and want the best care for you
- You’ve been receiving treatment but aren’t feeling better
