Windstream offers additional benefits to employees at no charge.
Windstream provides assistance to all employees who are building families through adoption. The Windstream Adoption Assistance Plan will assist eligible employees with eligible adoption-related expenses; reimbursement may not exceed a maximum of $1,500 per adoption.
All permanent full-time and permanent part-time employees are eligible for educational assistance. Employees may receive a maximum of $5,250 per calendar year for tuition and fees associated with job-related courses or non-job-related courses that are part of a degree program utilized by Windstream. Vocational, undergraduate, and graduate courses are eligible. Employees must receive a grade of “C” or better to qualify for reimbursement.
