If you wish to participate in the Canadian benefits program, you must complete the online enrollment form within 31 days of your date of hire. Employees will receive an email and/or text message to enroll in benefits through the self-service enrollment system. Employees can complete the application via a desktop computer or their mobile phone. Your coverage is effective on the date of your application. If you enroll after 31 days, evidence of insurability will be required prior to participation.
