Health Benefits

If you wish to participate in the Canadian benefits program, you must complete the online enrollment form within 31 days of your date of hire.   Employees will receive an email and/or text message to enroll in benefits through the self-service enrollment system.  Employees can complete the application via a desktop computer or their mobile phone.  Your coverage is effective on the date of your application. If you enroll after 31 days, evidence of insurability will be required prior to participation.

Retirement Benefits

Prepare for your retirement goals, while enjoying tax benefits along the way. The plan features:

  • A registered retirement savings plan (RRSP) which allows you to make tax-deferred contributions through easy payroll deductions.
  • The Company will match a portion of your contributions to the RRSP.
  • A tax-free savings account (TFSA) which allows you to make after tax contributions through easy payroll deduction.
