- You will have the opportunity to enroll in a new medical plan, the 4000 Copay Plan. With this plan, you will pay a copay – or set dollar amount – for more predictable costs when you get routine care or fill a prescription

- Prescription coverage is provided through Express Scripts for all Windstream medical plans
- Additional prescription savings possible through RxSavings Solutions

Supplemental medical |
- Three supplemental medical plan options from Cigna, including accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity insurance

Dental |
- Three plan options from Delta Dental

Vision |
- Two plan options from VSP
|
Health savings and spending accounts |
- If you enroll in a Windstream medical plan and a Health Savings Account (HSA), Windstream will contribute up to $600 into your HSA to help cover your out-of-pocket expenses
- If you are not eligible for an HSA, or choose not to enroll in an HSA, you can enroll in a Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
- The amount you are allowed per IRS limits to rollover in your FSA is now $570 in 2023
