If you are enrolled in the UMR or BCBS medical program, you have access to convenient, quality virtual primary care—Primary 360 and other virtual health care benefits with Teladoc Health.

• Virtual wellness visits on your schedule and from your home, work or wherever it’s convenient for you.

Surest Choice Medical Plan

If you are enrolled in the Surest medical plan, virtual care is offered through Doctor on Demand. You can connect with a board-certified doctor via live video right from your phone, tablet or computer on-demand 24/7 or by appointment.

You can talk with experienced, licensed psychiatrists and therapists about mental health needs including anxiety, stress, workplace concerns and insomnia – available 7 days a week, from the privacy of your home.

Doctors can also help with colds and allergies, migraines & headaches, diabetes, labs and screenings, prescriptions, refills and more.
